Designed to help prepare for any medical appointments, track your symptoms, identify any triggers, and discover what may help to relieve any pain. The Endo Diary also contains sections for tracking your food intake, monitor any period related symptoms and an exercise section. To help with recording where the pain occurs on the body we added a front and side view of a woman’s silhouette so you can mark exactly where on the body you feel the pain. Finished off with a white binding wire and also a corner adhesive pocket on the back page for any cut outs you might want to keep with your diary.
