Description A type of omega 6 fatty acid which is a safe fat burner and contains no stimulants or unhealthy weightloss or performance enhancing ingredients. Animal studies suggest that CLA may be beneficial to the immune system by increased IgG, IgM, and IgA production in the spleen cells Dosage Directions Fat loss: Take 1 softgel capsule three times per day, 30 minutes before meals. CLA is only effective for fat-burning and weight loss, if combined with at least 45 minutes of moderate exercise 3-4 times a week. Toning and with exercise: Take 2 softgel capsules twice daily, 30 minutes before meals.
