Aragonite is a carbonate mineral, one of the two common naturally occurring crystal forms of calcium carbonate. It is formed by biological and physical processes, including precipitation from marine and freshwater environments. Aragonite is considered essential for the replication of reef conditions. Smoky Quartz is a color-variety of crystalline quartz. It ranges from a light yellowish brown to a brown that is so dark that it appears to be black. The color of smoky quartz is produced when natural radiation, emitted from the surrounding rock, activates color centers around aluminum impurities within the crystalline quartz. This stone helps with worrying about being Lonely. Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones, usually in the shape of an oval with a thumb-sized indentation, used for relaxation or anxiety relief. The smoothness of the stone is most often created naturally by running water. The size of a worry stone is often about half the size of a silver dollar coin in the United States. They are used by holding the stone between the index finger and thumb and gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. This action of moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone can reduce stress. Worry stones may also be called palm stones, thumb stones, fidget stones, soothing stones, or sensory stones.
